Also, in the same tournament, during the quarter final match against Australia, he threatened Shane Watson with a flurry of bouncers, and also with aggression. He delivered a pure aggression, with going to him and doing some sarcastic actions towards him. This bowling, gained him a reputation all around the world, with earning him all rounder tag.

In 2016, he conceeded 110 runs in 10 overs, which remains the 2nd worst bowling figures in ODIs. Also, he had been dropped from the national side, many times, citing reasons to develop youngsters. But, he didn't argue on that. He just focused to improve his skills more by playing in the domestic cricket. He was signed for Kent and he delivered a five wicket haul including a hattrick.

The match, which shown him into limelight was that of against India in 2011 Cricket World Cup, where he picked up 5 wickets, to rattle up the middle order, but eventually ended in losing cause.
