BCCI introduces new fitness rules !

Few Years ago, Indian cricket Captain, M S Dhoni had introduced the Yo-Yo test for Team India. This Yo-yo test has revolutionised the fitness of Team India , with many becoming quick and energetic on field. Also, it had left many players unfit and removed them. Currently, fitness is being an important aspect of each and every sportsman all over the world. To, improve the game, right now, BCCI has announced an extra fitness test, and is set to implement in coming months. This fitness test is done along with Yo-Yo Test. BCCI has introduced 2 km time trials to measure speed and endurance levels in its training programme for Players of Team India. It will be mandatory for both contracted players, and also for those who are dying hard to find a spot in the national side.
