England have announced their squad for tour of South Africa - 2020/21

We have known that England National cricket team has been planned to travel South Africa for a limited overs tour. This tour has been confirmed in the midst of ongoing issues among the members of Cricket South Africa. Along with this, this series is one among the three series to be kick started simultaneously in the same day, November 27th. The schedule of this tour has already been posted in this blog. Whereas right now, the England's touring party has been announced. This blog is an analysis about the selected English team.

England's ODI Squad - Eoin Morgan, Moeen Ali, Johnny Bairstow, Sam Billings, Jos Buttler, Tom Curran, Lewis Gregory, Liam Livingstone, Adil Rashid, Joe Root, Jason Roy, Olly Stone, Reece Topeley, Chris Woakes, Mark Wood

In this squad, BBL great Liam Livingstone gets a maiden national team call-up. He has been reputed for his clean striking ability. Along with this, there are few young pace guns, who comes into the squad ahead of the experienced scouts. Archer, Stokes has been left out surprisingly, maybe a thought of providing a rest. Whereas spin department looking bleak. Selection of Reece Topeley, is an additional boost for the pace department. Sam Curran's exclusion also surprised me, who saved an One day game against Australia, during September month.

England's T20I Squad - Eoin Morgan, Moeen Ali, Ben Stokes, Jofra Archer, Sam Curran, Johnny Bairstow, Jos Buttler, Jason Roy, Tom Curran, Sam Billings, Chris Jordan, Dawid Malan, Adil Rashid, Reece Topeley, Mark Wood.

In the T20I squad, the key players are present. There are only two choices. Either, it is a preparation for upcoming T20I Cricket World Cup which is gonna held at India, next year. Or the other possibility is that, they have took this call based on South Africa's recent performances. But, finally England have announced their squad and I'm personally waiting for South Africa's squad announcement.
